Drug and Alcohol Assessments
These assessments are provided in the comfort of my quiet and discrete office. In preparation for your assessment, I will need access to a close family member who can provide collateral information about your relationship to drugs and/or alcohol. Court documents, if applicable, will need to be sent via mail or dropped off at least 3 business days before our appointment so I can review them and tailor your assessment accordingly. A release of information for your attorney will also be requested. Links to questionnaires will be provided to you via email; these will need to be completed prior to our session. During our assessment, a thorough biopsychosocial interview will be completed. The interview time typically lasts 90-120 minutes. Currently, turn-around for mailing outcomes and recommendations to involved parties is 5 business days.
